    I have been attending Beyond Yoga for over ten years, in fact I was one of Stephanie's (the former owner) first students when the studio first opened. I began doing yoga almost 30 years ago. Initially I did yoga for the physical benefits, but I've found the mental and spiritual benefits are just a numerous. I may come to class harried and fidgety, but when I leave I am a different person: calm and more centered. I also love the strength, flexibility and even physical endurance that I gain from my yoga practice. Beyond is definitely one of the 'crown jewels' of Brockport, and Melissa Kleehammer leads it with style, grace and and true commitment.
